Megan Yim is a 14-year old figure skater from Vancouver, British Columbia.  She trains at Champs International Skating Centre of BC and currently competes at the Junior level of figure skating both, nationally and internationally.  Megan trains with World and Olympic coach, Joanne McLeod as well as with top skaters in the world such as Kevin Reynolds (silver medalist at the Sochi Olympics in the team event).

Megan’s bubbly energy, hard-work, and diligence have empowered her to win titles such as the Novice Canadian Challenge championship, the Novice Canadian National bronze medal, and the Junior Provincial championship.

Megan’s skating career has allowed her to travel to places like Italy, for the Gardena Spring Trophy where she won the bronze medal at the Novice level.  Just last September in 2015, she was one of four girls in the country, selected to represent Canada at a Junior Grand Prix ISU (international) championship event in Austria.

We are thrilled to have Megan at our show in April!
