Andrew Warner is a 17 year old graduating this year from the French Immersion program at Handsworth Secondary School. He was a student reporter for CBC in 2013, a youth ambassador for World Vision in 2014 and a head writer for his school play in 2015.

Currently he is the provincial champion for high school poetry and a member of the Vancouver Youth Team that won nationals for spoken word competition. Throughout his life, it has not been the travels that have shaped him, but the basic human interaction that is lacking in our society.

Today, through his experiences, he will attempt to evoke emotion in his talk: Educating Empathy.
