FEATKids Speaker Announcement – Nicky Klimchuk-Brown

Nicky Klimchuck-Brown, 15, had the good fortune to travel to another continent and represent our country in Junior World Cups and a World Championship.  A whole month I trained in foreign regions, places I have never been and places I hope to soon visit again.  The adventure I had and the exposure I received from the experience continue to inspire me to push myself in order to achieve this again.  Being years younger than my competition it was a struggle to place as well as I did in my competitions.  The atmosphere surrounding the sport life over there, was largely different than that which surrounds sport in North America.
