The grade 9\10 Planning class at Coast Mountain Academy is very excited to invite you and your students to the first ever FEATKids event.  What is FEATKids you ask?  FEATKids is similar to TedxKids, however FEATKids focuses on inspiring and captivating adventure talks by kids, for kids.  We hope that the event will motivate youth to dream big and become inspired.

FEATKids will be held on the stunning campus of Quest University in Squamish, BC on the afternoon of April 4th, 2014. There will be nine speakers who will each share a seven-minute story guaranteed to keep you at the edge of your seat.  The event if being hosted free of charge so all you need to attend is a group of open-minded youth and a way of getting them here.  The presentations are geared towards middle and secondary students, but all are welcome.  This is the perfect opportunity to come explore Squamish and all of the great natural teaching and learning venues that it has to offer.

If you are interested in attending with class or know a student who would share their story with other youth, please send us an email and we will provide you with the registration and application packages. Capacity for the event is 200 so confirm your seats early.  If you are curious and would like more information, please contact our Communications Coordinator at nicolas.beaulieu@coastmountainacademy.ca.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Adventurously yours,

Kate, Bella, Nick, Nicky, Ava, Karson and Cayley.
